How To Get Younger Every Year
(Part 2.)
In December, near my birthday, I wrote ‘How To Get Younger Every Year.’
To me, there’s no more important topic.
Today is Part Two:
The Big Picture 🖼
Explain It To Me It Like I’m 5 🧒

The Big Picture 🖼
In Part One of ‘How To Get Younger,’ I discussed:
Making the initial decision to do something.
Getting started with actions.
Of course, there’s more to reducing your metabolic age than that.
Your metabolic age is one of several measures.
There’s an entire field of scientific research, and much is still being developed.
There’s also a well-established roadmap to longevity.
Explain It To Me Like I’m 5 👦
Today’s topic, as simply as possible:
“A good map will show you the way.”
Take A Page From The Blue Zones 💯
I don’t agree with 100% of ‘The Blue Zones Power 9.’
However, there’s something to learn from this model:
I’ve written before about models of health.
It’s important to develop your own.
Grabbing a few ideas from cultures that live to be 100 and healthy isn’t a terrible place to start!
My Longevity Roadmap 🗺️
I’m excited to announce (to you, my readers, first) that I’m putting together a complete Longevity Roadmap.
As soon as it’s complete - hopefully by the end of June - it will be yours, free.
I’m going to walk you through, step-by-step, the path through:
Level One
Achieving 80% or higher consistency with all basics in four key areas: diet, exercise, recovery, and spirituality.
Level Two
More advanced skills for optimization and fine-tuning, achieving performance levels in the top 5-10% of your cohort of peers.
Many of the Level One Skills, of course, I talk about in this newsletter all the time.
The Roadmap, however, will put it all in one place - and be interactive and actionable.
If avoiding the common pains of aging and feeling younger every year is important to you, I’d love to help - and get your feedback for the Longevity Roadmap. Click here to book a free call with me!

A simple word, phrase, or thought to take with you:
We can feel increasingly full of vitality each year.
Be well,
