The Holiday Picture 🎄
So far, over the first 3 days of my 1-week vacation, I’ve already had as much restaurant food, dairy, alcohol, and dessert as I usually do in 1 entire month.
Good.
This is no problem.
I’ve also turned off my wake-up alarm, choosing instead to wake up naturally without rushing out of bed.
This has resulted in roughly +1 hour of average sleep, and it feels amazing.
How is 1 month’s worth of off-plan diet in 3 days no problem?
I’ll explain below.
Explain It To Me Like I’m 5 👦
Today’s topic, as simply as possible:
“Thinking about something all the time is like holding onto it inside your head.”
VOTE RESULTS: 2025 Content Poll 🗳️
A huge THANK YOU to the 144 people who voted!

Thank you for voting!
As you can see, the results were pretty balanced.
In 2025, I will keep giving you more and BETTER content in these areas!

The No Problem Diet 😌
There is no problem at all with what you’ve been eating.
Problems only arise with your response to it.
Does what you’ve been eating evoke strong feelings of remorse, guilt, or hopelessness?
Does it lead you to repeat unwanted behaviors?
Does it make you physically uncomfortable?
Even if you ate 12 Big Macs yesterday, no problem!
For some reason, that is what you needed to eat in the moment.
It’s important to accept that.
It may be a bit scary to admit that the problem has nothing to do with the food, and only exists with regards to what you think, feel, and do next …
… but this realization is liberating.
Because if there is only an internal problem, then it is largely within your power to change.
It may not be easy.
It will take some work.
I’ll be here all year to help you through it.
