I’ve listed the 3 most common pitfalls below, along with a new YouTube video explaining each one.

Each one has gotten at least one, if not more, past newsletter devoted to it.

So the question is, if you are struggling to maintain a balanced diet and weight, are you making any of them?

Here are the 3 most common pitfalls that people who I’ve spoken with make with their diet:

(1) THEY CUT OUT TOO MUCH

Addition works better than restriction.

(2) THEY DO SOMEONE ELSE’S DIET

No one diet works for everyone.

(3) THEY BEGIN WITH FAILURE IN MIND

Don’t ‘start then stop’ a diet; change who you are and build new habits.
