This 1 Thing Blocks Most Fat Loss.

The 1 thing, the 1 word that blocks most people from achieving their fitness goals, the most common of those goals being ‘to lose body fat’ is: Resistance.
That’s a tough pill to swallow.
It’s also why any fat-loss pill (or injection) that hits the market sells like hotcakes.
