What's The Difference Between 'Level 1, 2, & 3' Tasks?
5 Examples Of Each Inside.
I should have asked you this question last week:
Today, I promised to list out more detailed examples of each.
Let’s get to it!

The Big Picture 🏞️
As a reminder, this is not a competition.
It’s not necessarily good to ‘move up’ a level.
I am as fit as any person on Level Two and even some Level Three people … yet I practice mainly Level One practices.
So this isn’t like most things in life where you constantly try to climb a ladder or cross a finish line.
It’s the opposite.
You want to establish a routine that keeps you happy & healthy for the journey.
Explain It To Me Like I’m 5 👦
Today’s topic, as simply as possible:
“Great health should feel good to do.”
5 Examples Of Each 📃

I only listed 5 examples of each because the list is potentially infinite.
Yes, the practices are often similar, but never the same.
This is why it’s hard to lose weight.
This is why I talk about Individuality.
I can tell both Jack & Jill to drink more water …
… but they won’t go up the hill the same way.
Furthermore, the application of these practices is fluid.
Jack might want to do a few Level 2 tasks, but I might tell him he should not.
Jill might be doing a few Level 2 tasks and need a break.
It depends.

I’ll help you personalize them.

A simple word, phrase, or thought to take with you:
Being on Level One is a great thing for most people.
It shouldn’t be difficult to be healthy.
Be well,
