The Big Picture 🖼
You probably don’t have a food problem.
Yes, a small % of you have a specific condition that certain food(s) trigger.
But ~90% of you don’t have a food problem, and even some of you with food-specific conditions still need to hear this:
Your beliefs, misconceptions, emotions, and habits keep you from hitting your health goals.

A Few Questions To Think About ❓
Do you shovel your food in so quickly that you often finish an entire dinner plate in 2 minutes?
Do you think about body weight as ‘something you will achieve when you have more time’?
Do you believe that being on a diet is the only way to hit your goal?
Do you know what you need to do but simply don’t do it, or never stay consistent with it?
Do you ‘try to eat healthy’?
Do you eat way too much food in certain situations often?
Do you feel like eating healthy is a huge chore or a tremendous undertaking?
Do you sabotage your progress by going overboard?
Have you given up hope that you’ll ever look and feel great?
Do you believe you deserve to look and feel great?
These (and others) are the kinds of questions that, if you’re willing to explore them, will lead you to make progress.
These are also the kinds of questions that we explore in my free coaching group for men.
