There are all sorts of tools, tactics, and methods for goal setting and annual planning.
I’ve tried many.
You know what?
Which tool or process you choose doesn’t matter nearly as much as whether you stick to it.
Yes, tools and systems help. I use them.
But honestly, you can do this on a single sheet of paper or a simple Google Doc.

Even if you don’t watch that video, as briefly as I can write it out, I’ll say this …
If you get really clear about your Purpose, your Why, and what it is that you want - like, write it out on paper …
If you set specific & measurable goals (S.M.A.R.T. goals) that are not vague or unreachable ….
If you block the time in your calendar to take the necessary Monthly, Weekly, and Daily actions which will lead to the desired end result …
… then you will achieve them.
As it pertains to your health, the guidance I can offer you inside my free online coaching community - which is now open to both Moms & Dads for 2025 - is 2nd to none.
I have all of the tools, processes, and guidance that you need to outline & achieve your future.
Although you can, you don’t have to do this alone.
