Step back and honestly assess if what you’ve been doing has been working, or not.
The more times you get burned or fizzle out, the less likely you’ll be to try again.
(2) WORK BACKWARDS
Visualize exactly who you want to become.
Identify the Skills and Daily Practices that person needs.
(3) CHANGE YOUR MIND
In order to change your body, you must change your mind.
Do that, and what feels painful or comfortable will also start to follow.
